Our Catholic Parish Community welcomes you to our Church and thanks you for visiting our website. We are a community of believers including St. Anthony's in Farwell and St. Joseph's in Elba.  If you are a visitor or just passing through, we wish you well. Pray the Rosary In Farwell (St. Anthony): The last Monday of every month.

We are need of your HELP!!! Anyone interested in helping with the planning of our Parish Bazaar please contact Neil or Julie Baquet or Chris Dethlefs 

Bountiful Bibles Farmer's Market. Who: 5th Grade Religious Educatin class, When: Sat, Sept 7th and Sun, Sept 8th. Why: To raise money to purchase their Catholic youth bibles. 

Youth Religious Education classes to start September 4th & 8th!!!

Please get registered so we can get a count on supplies needed...  ...forms can now be found on our table in the back of church, at the Church office, or on our Church website! (Completed forms can be left at the table, at the office, or in the collection basket.)

Parents of 11th grade students, please note, there will be Confirmation Parent meeting Wednesday, August 21st at 7:00 p.m. in the Parish Hall.

Update in A/C units: The new units are still on schedule. At the time we ordered them it was 3-4 months before they would be installed. So the end of August or the first part September we shold see some activity.  

"We are one body" Sts. Peter & Paul Ministry Collaboration Meeting

Wednesday, September 18 @ 7:00 P.M.  Church Gathering Area Together we can achieve more than the sum of our individual parts.  Please attend this idea and organizational meeting planned to increase collaboration and communication between all parishioners and ministry groups as we work on upcoming parish goals and events.    This "meeting of the minds" is open to all parishioners to attend.  It is expected that the chair from each ministry will be present and 2-4 other committee members.

Are you interesed in learning more about the Catholic Faith? Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) will begain this fall. Dates and times are still to be determined. Contact Deacon Neil Baquet or the church office

St. Anthony’s News

St. Anthony's Parish Council meeting 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 20th 

Pray the Rosary the last Monday of every month at St. Anthony's Church.  

There is a Rosary Prayer Board at St. Anthony’s Church to place your Intentions on if you would like or you may also call Thereasa Nealon to have your Intention put on the Prayer Intentions. 308-336-3349

St. Joesph News

Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, August 25th at 11:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Church. No Pot Luck after mass.

 Upcoming Area Events 

Mobile Food Pantry Saturday, August 24th from 11-12:30 p.m. or until all food is gone at St. Marks Lutheran Church (1306 Howard Ave, St. Paul) Anyone can be served; there are no age limits, no income guidelines, or limit on family size. A wide variety of fresh foods, as well asd canned goods, will be available to choose from. They ask that people bring their own boxes or bags to carry their food out.
