This is to let you know that effective immediately that all weekday and weekend masses and other services such as praying the Rosary, Stations of the Cross of Friday’s, Lenten Retreat, First Communion, Lenten Penance Service, and all meetings (CCW, Catholic Daughter, Event Committee, Knights of Columbus, Faith & Stewardship) are cancelled until further notice. I will celebrate Mass privately every day and remember all the parishioners in my daily mass. On Sunday’s I will celebrate mass at 10 a.m. which will be streamed live on Facebook. Go to our Facebook page “Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church” to view the Mass.
As we journey these complicated times together let us continue to support each other with our prayers. In this difficult time let us continue to rely on the Grace of God that comes to us through prayer, the Eucharistic, and the Sacraments. Let’s spend some time with Jesus in Adoration.
I encourage the parishioners to pray as we continue our journey through this Lenten season. Families please come together to pray at least 15 minutes daily, read the bible, pray the Rosary, and watch Mass from EWTN or our Sunday live stream Mass. Please remember to pray for those who are suffering with Corona Virus worldwide and for all medical staff who are assisting them.
God can bring good out of evil, in Luks Gospel chapter 12:22 Jesus tells us not worry and be anxious, so let us turn to God in thanksgiving and with our petitions. God is in control of everything he understands our anxieties, worries. Let us be with God and He will protect us.
Our Church will remain open daily morning to evening for private prayer, please come and spend some time before the Eucharistic Lord individually.
At this time I would like to bring to your notice not to hesitate to call me or the parish office to assist your families. Please find the bulletins in the church, on our website, and our Parish App.
I also encourage the parishioners to mail your weekly contribution envelopes to our parish office.
Finally I encourage you to stay at home, maintain social distance, and stay healthy. May God bless you all.
