Our Catholic Parish Community welcomes you to our Church and thanks you for visiting our website. We are a community of believers including St. Anthony's in Farwell and St. Joseph's in Elba.  If you are a visitor or just passing through, we wish you well. Hand Quilting lessons to be held on the following: Wed, Sept 18th at 7:00 p.m. and Wed, Sept 25th at 7:00 p.m. fin the Parish Life Center. Please call Pat Kuchta or Marilyn Schmaljohn for more questions.. 


Knights of Columbus Tooties Rolls will be placed around St. Paul on Sept 30th. On October 6 and 7 they will be sold in the back of church after each mass. Monday rasied will go towards helping people with intellectual disabilities.

"We are one body" Sts. Peter & Paul Ministry Collaboration Meeting  Wednesday, September 18 @ 7:00 P.M.  Church Gathering Area Together we can achieve more than the sum of our individual parts.  Please attend this idea and organizational meeting planned to increase collaboration and communication between all parishioners and ministry groups as we work on upcoming parish goals and events.    This "meeting of the minds" is open to all parishioners to attend.  It is expected that the chair from each ministry will be present and 2-4 other committee members.


Are you interesed in learning more about the Catholic Faith? Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) will begain this fall. Dates and times are still to be determined. Contact Deacon Neil Baquet or the church office


St. Anthony’s News

St.Anthony's Religious Education Classes begin Sept 18th from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. 

They are still in need of one teacher, a substitute teacher and a DRE. Anyone interesed please contact Kathy Gorecki

St. Anthony's CCW meeting Monday Sept 30th after the rosary.

Fall Institue for the Grand Island Diocesan Council of Catholic Women

Saturday, Sept 21st at St. Joseph's Church in Broken Bow. Starts at 9:30 a.m. 

10:00 a.m. Opening prayer speaker: Suellen Koepke Topic: Sentoring At-Risk Youth, 10:30 speaker Bob Easton Topic Mission II Haiti 11:45 Salad lunchoen, 12:30 Roary for peace and healding, 1:00 commission talks, followed by round table discussions. 

Suellen koepke is the Executive director of healing hearts and families, a ministry located at Broken Bow, which provides services to 8 counties and 7,000 sqmiles Their ervices include a 24hr. cirsis line, safe shelters, protection, and harassment orders, peer support groups, transportation, financial assistance, crisis support, professinal referrals, eudcation and prevention programs. 

Bob Easton will be speaking about the Mission II Haiti project which has improved the lives of Haitians, through this team's services, repairs work and placing pumps for over 121 water wells in that country.
